e group is thrilled to be working at Chileno Bay Club in Cabo San Lucas again. We continue our work from 2007 in collaboration with Hart Howerton architects and under the direction of an outstanding client group from Bald Mountain Development.



Stay tuned to our blog for exciting design updates to this outstanding community on the shore of the Sea of Cortez. The site is one of the only places in the world where you can watch the Sunset and the Moon Rise at the same time.

e group starts design work on Marina Village at Kino Bay, Sonora, Mexico

e group is currently working on several waterfront projects including a mixed use Marina Village at Kino Bay, Sonora, Mexico. The attached aerial 3D image is a work in progress by Kitchen Sink Studios and represents the architecture of Houston Tyner. e groups role is Master Planner and Landscape Architect in support of Moffat and Nichol Marina engineers and Bellingham Marine, Marina Builders. e group is proud to be supporting “Young Life”

e group continues its long tradition of providing community service work pro bono. Currently our team is supporting “Young Life” on  a new visionary master plan for the next decade of enhancements to Young Life’s Lost Canyon Camp in Williams, Arizona. Previous beneficiaries of e groups community service work includes the Arizona Diamondbacks (numerous community ball fields including the “Miracle Field”); McCormick Ranch Little League, Town of Paradise Valley, CASS and many others.
